We ship worldwide and offer several shipping options depending on destination. All orders are shipped with tracking.

For deliveries within the European Union and Europe, we offer the following shipping methods, depending on destination availability:

Local Postal Service (Standard Shipping)

  • More affordable option

  • Fully tracked

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Germany: approximately 4 days to 2 week

    • Other European countries: approximately 1 to 4 weeks depending on location

2. Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States are sent via FedEx.

  • Fully tracked

  • Tracking details provided once the order has shipped

3. Shipping to the Rest of the World

For destinations outside the EU and the United States, we offer:

  • FedEx, or

  • Local Postal Service, where available

The Local Postal Service option is:

  • Significantly more affordable

  • Fully tracked

  • Considerably slower, with delivery times of up to 8 weeks in some regions

Customers choosing this option acknowledge the longer transit times.

4. Tracking Information

All shipping methods include tracking.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking information.

5. Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Dyed In The Wool is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Local delivery services

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Delays in transit do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

6. General Shipping Terms

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier
