DITW LAB
DITW LAB is a design and development studio created as a sub-project of DITW Bags, in response to growing demand for custom bags and equipment tailored to specific bikes, projects, and technical requirements.
We are two professionally trained designers with over 15 years of experience each in product and accessory design. Throughout our careers we have collaborated with internationally recognized brands including Reebok, Adidas, Riese & Müller, Larry vs Harry, Orro Bikes, Fox Wilson, and Studio XO, developing products that balance performance, durability, and thoughtful design.
At DITW LAB we help companies and individual clients turn ideas into production-ready products. Our work spans the entire development process—from shaping the initial brief and concept, through prototyping and professional pattern development, to creating factory-ready samples.
We also support material and component selection, including fabrics, trims, and technical details, ensuring that every product meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.
In addition to design and development, we offer flexible production solutions, capable of delivering manufacturing runs ranging from small batches of just a few units to several thousand pieces.
Services & Capabilities
We offer flexible collaboration depending on the needs of each project. We can develop a product entirely from the ground up, starting with a simple brief and guiding the process through concept development, prototyping, and production. Alternatively, we can work alongside an existing in-house design team, supporting brands with our technical expertise and hands-on development experience.
Our skill set spans the full spectrum of bag and accessory development, including professional pattern creation, product development, prototyping, and managing production runs. We also work with advanced tools and processes such as 3D pattern development, 3D printing, and laser cutting, allowing us to test, refine, and iterate designs efficiently during the development phase.
Through our established network of manufacturers and suppliers, we are able to source and produce a wide range of custom components and branding elements. This includes branded tapes, woven labels, personalised zip pullers, vinyl cutting, sublimation printing, and other bespoke details that help bring a product fully in line with a brand’s identity.
