We have a range of technical fabrics in house that we use to construct our bags. Both Ultra and Ecopak are made with 100% recycled plastics!
CHALLENGE ULTRA
Challenge ULTRA™ is the highest performing line of UHMWPE composite fabric in the world.
UHMWPE (non-branded Dyneema® or Spectra®), gram-for-gram, is 15x stronger than steel. UHMWPE is naturally UV and water-resistant while being incredibly lightweight. Our woven ULTRA™ line ranging from 100d to 800d represents the new standard in lightweight and durability.
We use for DITW bags mostly Ultra 400 PE (similar to Dyneema®) which is about 20% lighter, with four times the abrasion resistance of other 400d U-PE fabrics.

ECOPAK EPX
100% recycled polyester components, C0 DWR (no fluorocarbons), 70d Ripstop backing, recyclable after use. Compared to traditional pack fabric with 50d plain weave backing, the 70d Ripstop has better stitch holding and superior strength.

CORDURA 600D TPU
The benchmark outdoor gear fabric, much used in military applications. Waterproof thanks to a coating on the inside of the fabric, with excellent strength and outstanding abrasion resistance. Nearly always needs to be lined.
600D TPU coated is the perfect balance of a strong weave and a waterproof coating that is UV stable and will not crack or break down over time .

All our products are made with waterproof fabrics but because of their stitched construction are not waterproof.
Any valuables should be kept in a dry bag.
