The EXOGRIT

Designing a modern gravel machine that comes fully integrated with its bags has always been our dream.

A year ago we finally decided to make it happen. Since then we’ve been working on turning that idea into a real bike — one that combines a versatile steel frame with a bag system designed alongside it from the very beginning. We’re incredibly excited to finally share the result.

The frame is handmade in Europe from Columbus steel because steel rides beautifully and keeps going long after lighter materials give up. It’s a bike built to last and to be ridden hard.

We gave it generous tire clearance — up to 700 × 50 mm even with fenders — so it feels just as at home on rough gravel, winter roads, or long mixed-surface rides.

The frame and fork include multiple mounting points for racks and accessories, as well as dedicated mounts for rear racks and fenders. Adjustable rear dropouts with UDH compatibility allow for a wide range of drivetrain options, from simple setups to modern 1–13 speed systems. The bike can be built with mechanical or electronic shifting, depending on your preference.

An adjustable fork rake lets you fine-tune the handling to match your riding style, while internal dynamo routing keeps lighting setups clean for long-distance riding and overnight trips.

Integrated Bag System

The EXOGRIT bike comes with a set of integrated bags designed and crafted by us.

They were developed alongside the frame from the very beginning, so the shapes follow the bike perfectly and the whole system feels seamless and intentional, not added later.

The bags match the bike visually and structurally, creating a clean, balanced setup where bike and luggage work as one piece of equipment.
