We accept returns from CORE collection only.
If you wish to do so, you will need to cover the return expense. We recommend choosing insured shipping with reference number. We take no responsibility for lost items and we cannot offer a return if the item has been lost.
Once we have your item back, we will assess if the returned product has been used. If not you will receive a credit note/ voucher for the amount you spent excluding shipping.
If we notice returned product has been used we will not accept the return and the item will be shipped back to you on your expense.
